Open balletclasses and workshops in the Netherlands during the Summer With the focus on quality rather than quantity, small classes and professional teachers, Summerschool Den Haag is quite unique in offering ballettraining for all levels. Indeed the school offers repertoire for young professionals as well as Step by Step Basic Ballet for beginners (including young adults) and pointe introductory for amateur students. For pre-professional youngsters from 11 and older (attending a preparatory dance course at one of the vocational dance schools), Summerschool Den Haag is an excellent organisation giving personal attention and guidance. And, if it is a first time summercourse experience, offering special assistance when making your reservation. Summerschool Den Haag is one of the few schools primarily focused and specialised in classical ballet. In addition there are workshops in different dance styles, including contemporary dance, company repertoire, pointe technique and choreography. With some of the workshops it might be necessary to have certain technical skills while other workshops will be suitable for students with a basic level or no dance experience at all. Daarbij geldt voor amateurs hetzelfde als voor professionals: wat je niveau ook is, je krijgt bij ons professioneel les.” Mirella Simoncini in NRC Next over Summerschool Den Haag.
